Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Security Project Manager to lead andcoordinate the Data Loss Prevention(DLP) project rollout at group level. This role is responsiblefor ensuring the technical deployment stakeholder coordination businessintegration and communication around DLP initiatives while guaranteeingalignment with group security requirements and regulatory frameworks.

You will act as a central point of contact between DLP platformsCISOs DPOs IT teams and business stakeholders ensuring visibilitygovernance and successful adoption of DLP controls.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the end-to-end rollout of DLP projectsincluding technical implementation and communication plans

Coordinate actions between IT Security Business and Governancestakeholders

Integrate business teams throughout all projectphases (requirements definition validation deployment)

Communicate DLP project status via committeesSharePoint emails and reporting channels

Support DLP teams in understanding andimplementing Group DLP requirements

Proactively propose improvements to existing DLPmeasures and new security controls

Report on the deployment and coverage of DLP controlsacross the organization

Act as the main point of contact for DLP platforms CISOs and DPOs

Main Tasks

Plan and manage all project phases milestones and rolloutactivities

Ensure delivery of all required documentationincluding:

o DLPprocedures for platforms

o End-usercommunications

o Knowledgebase and support documentation

Provide continuous support to DLP teams duringgroup-wide implementation

Define and monitor KPIs and indicators totrack DLP coverage and project progress

Ensure all stakeholders are informed alignedand aware of their responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Data Security and Data Loss Prevention (DLP)concepts

General understanding of IT IT Security and cybersecurityprocesses

Knowledge of technical and application architectureprinciples

Ability to assess data IT systems and cybersecurity risksand align them with regulatory requirements

Knowledge of process automation and developmentconcepts

Advancedknowledge of Power BI for reporting and monitoring

Language Requirements

English Mastery (mandatory)

French Expert
