Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Business Analyst (Pricing) to act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and data teams. This role focuses on transforming pricing domain needs into high-value data products insights and analytical solutions that directly support business decision-making.

You will collaborate closely with business experts data engineers and analytics teams to design validate and continuously improve data products in a modern data platform environment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the data organization

Deeply understand business processes objectives and KPIs translating them into analytical requirements and data product concepts

Co-create data products in collaboration with business domain experts and data engineers

Identify relevant datasets and define metrics dimensions and calculation logic aligned with data governance standards

Build prototypes dashboards visualizations and insights that demonstrate business value

Support the validation rollout and continuous improvement of data products in production environments

Contribute to data governance initiatives including metadata lineage and data catalog improvement

Required Experience

5 years of proven experience as a Data Business Analyst

Functional Skills

Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and address pricing domain challenges

Solid experience in requirements engineering and stakeholder management across business and IT

Proven ability to design KPIs metrics and analytical views aligned with business needs

Strong capability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights

Good understanding of data governance data ownership and data quality principles

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in Power BI

Advanced SQL skills and solid understanding of data modeling concepts

Basic experience with Python for data exploration and analysis

Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks and Azure Synapse

Willingness to work on metadata management data lineage and data catalog tools

Soft Skills

Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both business and data teams

Ability to translate analytical outcomes into clear business narratives
