Job Summary

This position plays a key role in building managing and continuously improving the systems that ensure product quality compliance and customer satisfaction. Working across multiple teams youll help us embed best practice resolve issues drive improvement and support the business as we scale.

Your responsibilities will span the full quality function including:

Quality Management

  • Develop and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO standards
  • Ensure processes meet customer regulatory and industry requirements
  • Support certification audits and organisation-wide readiness
  • Lead risk assessments and preventative quality measures

Quality Control & Inspection

  • Inspect raw materials in-process and finished goods
  • Maintain sampling plans testing methods and calibration requirements
  • Work alongside manufacturing and assembly teams to resolve quality issues in real time

Supplier Quality

  • Evaluate monitor and build strong relationships with suppliers
  • Conduct supplier audits and ensure incoming materials meet specification
  • Lead resolution of supplier-related quality issues

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain SOPs work instructions and quality documentation
  • Track non-conformances corrective actions and quality performance
  • Provide clear reporting and insights to senior leaders

Problem Solving & Customer Focus

  • Lead root-cause analysis and corrective & preventive action (CAPA)
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
  • Support teams to embed long-term solutions not temporary fixes

Continuous Improvement

  • Support Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen initiatives
  • Use data to identify trends and drive improvements

HSE Integration

  • Lead by example in health safety and environmental best practice
  • Ensure quality processes support safe and compliant outcomes

Qualifications :

What youll bring

  • Tertiary qualification in quality engineering or a related field (or strong relevant experience)
  • Experience in a quality-focused role within manufacturing
  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence using data to drive decisions
  • Excellent communication relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft F&O / ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • High attention to detail strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive solutions-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • A strong team player who builds positive relationships across the business
  • Customer-focused with a professional and solutions-led approach
  • Confident curious and motivated
  • Highly organised with great time management
  • Someone with integrity who owns their work and follows through
