Our Cargo Sales team sits at the heart of our commercial success working with a diverse portfolio of customers from operators through to senior role exists to strengthen sales capability and performance through insight analysis and well executed initiatives. You will work closely with Sales Commercial Revenue Management and other key internal partners to turn data and ideas into practical improvements that help grow market share and optimise our sales offering.  

About the role 

  • Analyse sales performance and market data to inform planning proposals and decision making. 

  • Monitor evaluate and present recommendations for new products projects and initiatives that drive growth and competitiveness. 

  • Act as a key point of contact for technical or customer account issues ensuring timely and effective resolution. 

  • Develop and manage projects that support optimised sales outcomes and increased market share. 

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to enable information sharing and successful implementation of sales improvements. 

  • Identify trends risks and opportunities in the market and provide clear reporting to support strategic responses. 

  • Actively promote safety and security across people assets systems and processes within your influence. 

What were looking for 

  • Around 2 to 3 years experience in Sales Commercial Project Management Planning Revenue Management or Finance. 

  • A relevant Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into clear recommendations. 

  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities. 

  • A proactive organised approach with a focus on delivery and continuous improvement.
