Management Consulting Senior Manager Change Specialist

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager to join our Talent & Organization (T&O) practice in New Zealand. This is a senior leadership role where you will help clients successfully deliver complex transformation programs with a particular focus on enterprise-wide change management technology adoption and behavioural change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale change delivery projects from strategy through to execution.

• Design and deliver change management approaches that enable technology adoption and sustainable behaviour change.

• Build trusted relationships with senior executives and influence diverse stakeholder groups across complex organizations.

• Provide expertise across all areas of people transformation including organizational design learning and training strategies leadership alignment and workforce engagement.

• Manage and mentor teams of consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Contribute to practice growth by shaping new opportunities and bringing thought leadership to market.

About You

We are looking for a proven change leader with:

• A strong consulting firm background ideally with experience in leading major transformation programs for large organizations.

• Deep expertise in change management consulting with a focus on large-scale technology and business transformation.

• Strong capability in executive stakeholder management communication and influence at C-suite level.

• Demonstrated expertise in people transformation disciplines including learning design workforce transition organizational development and culture change.

• A track record of leading teams and delivering results in complex environments.

• A passion for driving human-centric change and enabling people to thrive through transformation.
