Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

1. Territory Review

  • Collaborate with the District Sales Manager (DSM) to review the territory landscape open opportunities service needs and administrative priorities.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Send introductory communication to customers in assigned territories positioning yourself as their interim sales representative.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all customer needs during the transition period.

3. Opportunity Management

  • Review and progress all open opportunities within the territory.
  • Engage with customers to understand needs recommend solutions and move deals forward.
  • Partner with the DSM or local branch teams to advance opportunities requiring additional support.

4. Account Administration & Customer Support

Provide end-to-end administrative support across accounts including:

  • Processing invoice requests and PO changes.
  • Managing credits or credits rebill requests.
  • Executing service order changes and account updates.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and requests.

5. Sales Growth (Cross-Sell / Upsell)

  • Analyse customer accounts and business verticals to identify unmet needs.
  • Proactively recommend relevant products or services.
  • Present tailored solutions to expand account value and drive growth.

6. Collaboration & Communication

Conduct regular weekly or bi-weekly calls with the DSM to review:

  • Open opportunities
  • Customer issues
  • Administrative updates
  • Any field support requirements

7. Territory Transition & Handoff

  • Support a seamless handover once a new Field Sales Representative assumes the territory.
  • Review outstanding opportunities services and administrative items.
  • Coordinate customer communication regarding the account manager transition.


Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong customer relationship and account management expertise.
  • Proven ability to cross-sell and upsell effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through abilities.
  • Experience in account administration and issue resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple territories with attention to detail.

Shift Timings:6:00 PM 03:00 AM IST & 8:00 PM 5:00 AM IST. Willingness to work from the office and stretch when business requires.
