This is not a traditional pre-sales or proposal-writing internship.
You will help build Bynrys RFP and outbound engine working directly with the Founder and Senior Director. Your work will directly impact revenue growth and market expansion.
You will:
Own RFP identification qualification submission tracking
Apply Generative AI agentic workflows and automation (n8n) to scale proposal output
Help us achieve an ambitious real business goal:Identify and submit 150 high-quality RFP proposals in 2026

What Youll Do
RFP Identification & Qualification
Identify relevant RFPs across Water Electric Gas utilities from North America & Globally
Build structured RFP intake and qualification frameworks
Profile accounts and utilities for strategic fit deal size and win probability
Prioritize RFPs aligned with SMART360s ICP and GTM strategy
Proposal & Pre-Sales Execution
Coordinate RFP submissions end-to-end (inputs timelines compliance)
Track all submitted RFPs outcomes feedback and next steps
Maintain a live RFP dashboard covering pipeline win rates and cycles
Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and narratives
AI-First Automation & Scale
Use Generative AI to accelerate proposal drafting compliance mapping and response quality
Build and manage n8n workflows to automate RFP discovery tracking and follow-ups
Experiment with agentic systems for repetitive pre-sales and research tasks
Continuously improve speed accuracy and scalability of submissions
Outbound & Account-Based Setup
Support outbound setup for specific utility profiles and regions
Build account-level pre-sales briefs to support sales conversations
Enable tighter handoffs between pre-sales sales and leadership
What Youll Achieve
Help build a repeatable RFP engine capable of 150 submissions annually
Personally contribute to high-quality RFP submissions every month
Create AI-powered workflows that reduce manual pre-sales effort
Deliver visibility into RFP performance win rates and GTM insights
Gain hands-on experience in enterprise SaaS pre-sales and revenue operations
Who Were Looking For
03 years of experience with a strong execution and ownership mindset
Exposure or strong interest in:
Pre-sales enterprise SaaS or B2B growth
Market research account profiling or GTM strategy
Proposal management or RFP-based selling
Strong written communication and structured thinking
Comfortable working in ambiguity fast-moving environments and with senior leaders
Must-Have / High-Value Skills
Generative AI (prompting synthesis summarization drafting)
n8n or similar automation tools
Understanding or curiosity around agentic workflows and AI agents
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
