Job Summary

Role Purpose:

The Support Staff is responsible for assisting store operations by ensuring cleanliness organization stock handling and overall support to sales and operations teams to deliver a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store trial rooms and common areas at all times

Assist in opening and closing activities of the store as required

Support sales staff during peak hours (bringing merchandise managing trial room flow packing)

Handle internal movement of stock cartons and materials within the store

Ensure proper arrangement and upkeep of store fixtures and displays

Assist in basic inventory-related tasks as instructed by store management

Serve customers courteously when required and guide them to the concerned staff

Follow store discipline grooming and safety guidelines

Carry out any other store-related duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Skills & Requirements:

Basic understanding of store operations

Physically fit to handle daily operational tasks

Polite cooperative and team-oriented attitude

Prior retail experience preferred but not mandatory

The candidate residing in & around Thane West is preferred & open for freshers also & monthly CTC would be between 15000 to 16000 per month
