Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver construction projects on time within budget and as per quality and safety standards. The role involves end-to-end project planning execution coordination with stakeholders and site management.
Key Responsibilities
Plan execute and monitor construction projects from start to completion
Prepare project schedules budgets and resource plans
Coordinate with architects consultants contractors and vendors
Ensure adherence to quality safety and statutory norms
Monitor site progress productivity and cost control
Manage billing BOQ variations and project documentation
Resolve site issues and ensure timely decision-making
Conduct project review meetings and submit progress reports
Ensure timely handover of projects
