Lead the testing team and manage end-to-end testing activities across projects.
Define and maintain test strategy test plans and test schedules aligned with project timelines.
Oversee functional regression integration and automation testing efforts.
Ensure proper defect management and timely resolution by coordinating with development and business teams.
Collaborate with business analysts solution architects and stakeholders to validate requirements and deliverables.
Drive automation initiatives including maintenance and enhancement of regression suites (UIPath Test Automation Suite).
Monitor and report test progress quality metrics and risk assessments to project leadership.
Mentor and guide team members ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends testing tools and agile methodologies.
Act as the primary point of contact for all testing-related queries and escalations.
