You will help build Bynrys alliances and partnerships engine from zero to scale working directly with the Founder and Senior Director on real partner conversations onboarding and deal negotiations.

What Youll Do
Partner Identification & Strategy
Identify and prioritize strategic partners including:
Research partner ecosystems capabilities and market relevance
Define partner ICPs qualification criteria and engagement models
Partner Qualification & Activation
Qualify partners based on strategic fit delivery capability and revenue potential
Support partner outreach discovery calls and qualification meetings
Drive partner onboarding: documentation enablement and readiness
Activate partners from signed to selling & delivering
Outbound & Partner GTM
Set up and run partner-specific outbound campaigns
Create partner briefs joint value propositions and GTM narratives
Coordinate co-selling and referral workflows with sales and leadership
Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced deal pipelines
Deal Support & Negotiations
Participate in live partner deal discussions and negotiations
Support commercial structuring scope definition and alignment
Track partner commitments deal progress and closures
AI-First & Agentic Execution
Use Generative AI for partner research outreach and enablement content
Build agentic workflows for partner identification qualification and follow-ups
Use automation tools (e.g. n8n) to scale partner tracking and reporting
Continuously improve speed quality and scalability of partnership operations
What Youll Achieve
Identify qualify and activate 20 strategic partners
Expand partner-sourced deal pipeline from 10 to 60
Build a repeatable partner onboarding and activation playbook
Create AI-powered workflows that scale ecosystem development
Gain hands-on experience in alliances partnerships and SaaS deal execution
Who Were Looking For
03 years of experience with a strong ownership and execution mindset
Exposure or strong interest in:
Strategic partnerships alliances or ecosystem building
B2B SaaS enterprise GTM or channel sales from North America
Deal structuring and partner-led growth
Strong communication stakeholder management and analytical skills
Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
