Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their vision needs budget and project requirements.
Design Development: Create concept sketches detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
Project Management: Oversee projects from start to finish managing timelines teams and budgets.
Technical Documentation: Prepare construction documents specifications and planning applications.
Collaboration: Work with engineers contractors and other professionals.
Site Visits: Visit construction sites to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs comply with building codes safety standards and zoning laws.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Education: Relevant degree in Architecture (e.g. Bachelors/Masters).
Licensure: Often requires professional licensing (e.g. NCARB certification in the US).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD BIM software understanding of construction methods.
Soft Skills: Strong communication problem-solving critical thinking leadership and teamwork.
