Job Title: Sales Executive
Duty station: Office-based with regular visits to project sites for client showings

Job Purpose
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying engaging and converting potential clients into buyers of the companys condominium apartments. The role supports the company in meeting its sales targets and strengthening its presence within the middle- and upper-market real estate segments.
Responsibilities
The Sales Executive is expected to achieve targeted sales within assigned areas and ensure the conversion of qualified leads into successful sales. Key responsibilities include:
Following up on and converting leads generated through social media billboards walk-ins referrals and other company platforms.
Conducting client meetings presentations and guided project site visits to showcase available units.
Developing and maintaining relationships with brokers real estate agents and partner companies to enhance lead generation.
Preparing and submitting detailed sales reports client follow-up updates and market feedback.
Maintaining accurate records of prospects client interactions and sales progress.
Staying informed about market trends competitor activities and client preferences to support strategic decision-making.
Representing the company professionally at all client engagements events and promotional activities.

A Bachelors degree in any relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Skills and Attributes
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Smart presentable and able to make a strong impression with clients.
Excellent communication skills both spoken and written.
Strong negotiation persuasion and customer service abilities.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and with a team.
