Job Summary
Position: Sales & Marketing Manager
Department: Commercial
Reports to: Country Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategy for all product lines.
- Manage sales team performance coaching and weekly meetings.
- Build customer relationships and expand key accounts nationwide.
- Drive revenue growth pricing strategy and monthly sales targets.
- Oversee brand visibility promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure accurate stock delivery and forecasts.
- Produce monthly sales reports insights and competitor analysis.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years Sales/Marketing management experience.
- Experience in FMCG manufacturing or trading industries preferred.
- Strong leadership planning and communication abilities.
- Proven track record of hitting revenue targets.
- Ability to manage field sales teams and handle pressure.
