About the role

As Partner Relationship Manager and reporting to Senior Manager Wealth Proposition you will provide critical and holistic support across Margin Lending and Wealth Management by preparing Partner agreements and providing support in areas of partner on-boarding process development and improvement and attending to escalated issues.

You will get to:

  • Manage and prepare Partner agreements by collaborating with Group Legal and Partner teams across Margin Lending and Wealth
  • Conduct regular quality reviews to ensure tasks are accurately completed and key controls are effective
  • Support the Wealth business with partner and stakeholder relationships and ensure any new initiatives are implemented
  • Provide subject matter expertise to team members partners and other stakeholders
  • Investigate and research matters assist with continuous improvement initiatives and liaise with other areas of the Bank to ensure that processes comply with regulations
  • Develop and manage strong collaborative stakeholder relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including third-party partners and customers

This is a 12-month secondment opportunity ideally based at one of our corporate offices in Sydney Melbourne or Adelaide however for strong applicants we are open to candidates based in another location.

About you

This is a great development opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic candidate who is keen to utilise their transferrable skills and gain more experience and knowledge in wealth management.

To be successful you will have:

  • Knowledge of wealth financial products including margin lending managed funds and cash solutions highly desirable
  • Working knowledge of internal systems and strong awareness of regulator and compliance regulations especially within Margin Lending and Wealth Management (but this is not mandatory)
  • Excellent administration skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving and written skills
  • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability the ability to develop and manage strong stakeholder relationships
  • High level of computer literacy and numerical skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance Business or similar is preferred but not essential
