Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst to join the CCD team on a 12-month secondment. You will be leading a team of Analysts in all aspects of financial analysis and reporting for the CCD functions of a portfolio of assets. The Senior Finance Analyst plays a key role to partner with Regional Centre Manager and Asset teams in the financial management of results for external co-owners.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

Support Regional Centre Managers and Asset Teams to deliver and accurate Month end Forecast and Budget across CCD controlled income and expense items.
Understand and support the strategic focus areas of the CCD and Operations finance team
Present NOI to Asset Teams and support team in understanding key deliverables.
Challenge existing reporting aiming to improve and drive efficiency for the CCD team.
Manage team delivery and workflow to achieve team goals.
