An exciting opportunity is currently available for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to lead the delivery of high-impact Pathology projects as the Pathology Transformation Manager for SydPath Pathology St Vincents Public Hospital Sydney. This role is an 18-month contract.

About the role

  • Lead the delivery of high-impact Pathology projects ensuring timelines budgets and quality outcomes are achieved.

  • Own project governance by maintaining clear accurate documentation reporting and registers.

  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop briefings reports and presentations for senior leaders and governance forums.

  • Build strong trusted relationships across clinicians executives operations digital teams and external vendors.

  • Proactively identify track and escalate risks issues and benefits supporting effective mitigation and decision-making.

About you

  • Experienced in delivering complex projects ideally within Pathology or healthcare services.

  • Tertiary qualifications or certifications in Health Administration Project Management Digital Health or related fields.

  • Proven track record in requirements gathering process mapping testing and implementation across large-scale projects.

  • Strong organisation time management and stakeholder engagement skills working across multiple workstreams and priorities.

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator able to work with clinicians executives IT teams and vendors to solve problems and drive results.
