An exciting opportunity is currently available for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to lead the delivery of high-impact Pathology projects as the Pathology Transformation Manager for SydPath Pathology St Vincents Public Hospital Sydney. This role is an 18-month contract.
About the role
Lead the delivery of high-impact Pathology projects ensuring timelines budgets and quality outcomes are achieved.
Own project governance by maintaining clear accurate documentation reporting and registers.
Partner with subject matter experts to develop briefings reports and presentations for senior leaders and governance forums.
Build strong trusted relationships across clinicians executives operations digital teams and external vendors.
Proactively identify track and escalate risks issues and benefits supporting effective mitigation and decision-making.
About you
Experienced in delivering complex projects ideally within Pathology or healthcare services.
Tertiary qualifications or certifications in Health Administration Project Management Digital Health or related fields.
Proven track record in requirements gathering process mapping testing and implementation across large-scale projects.
Strong organisation time management and stakeholder engagement skills working across multiple workstreams and priorities.
Excellent communicator and collaborator able to work with clinicians executives IT teams and vendors to solve problems and drive results.
