Our Total Asset Protection solutions and services include Corrosion management; Blasting painting and remediation of concrete and steel structures; Lining and waterproofing; Carbon Fibre Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) Structural Strengthening; Cathodic Protection (CP); and Pipeline Electrical Hazard Assessments.
Eptec delivers across a diverse range of industry sectors including naval defence marine transport and infrastructure. Recent projects of the Eptec Group include Warragamba Dam Pipeline Brisbane X-River Rail Sydney Metro Trains Old Murray Bridge Hobart Class Air Warfare Destroyers (AWDs) Offshore Patrol Vessels (OPVs) and the previous four Collins Class Submarine Full Cycle Dockings (FCDs) in SA.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experiencedProject Managerto join ourDefence Solutionsteam inOsborne South Australia(ASC North). This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to projects critical to Australias naval defence capability.
Youll be responsible for end to end delivery of high-value high profile projects balancing safety quality schedule cost and client satisfaction.
Due to security clearance requirements only Australian citizens are eligible to apply for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams with a strong focus on people leadership and team engagement.
- Oversee planning execution and delivery of complex projects.
- Manage budgets project financials and contract obligations.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships (internal and external).
- Ensure compliance with safety quality and operational standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers subcontractors and labour providers.
About You
To thrive in this role youll bring:
- Proven project management experience ideally withinDefenceInfrastructure orAsset Remediation.
- Strongpeople managementand leadership capabilities.
- Excellentstakeholder engagementand client relationship skills.
- Soundbusiness and commercial acumen including contract and financial management.
- Technical knowledge of surface prep coatings hazardous substances QA/QC and ITPs.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint MS Project).
Preferred qualifications:Degree in Engineering Construction Management or similar.
