What Youll Bring

Qualifications

• CPA or CA accreditation with tertiary qualifications in Finance Accounting or a related discipline.
• Postgraduate studies in business or digital transformation are highly regarded.

Experience & Approach

• Experience in senior finance leadership roles within complex fast-paced environments.
• Strong skills in strategic financial planning forecasting and performance management with a commercial mindset.
• Proven ability to lead teams through change and embed digital tools.
• Advanced proficiency in analytics and ERP platforms (e.g. Power BI Oracle EPM SAP) with exposure to AI-driven modelling and scenario planning.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills-able to build trust inspire confidence and encourage new ways of thinking.
• Youve delivered measurable improvements in financial performance through insight innovation and partnership
• A track record of delivering process improvements automation and scalable solutions that enable growth.
