In this role you will:
Lead the IKEA Industry Lithuania furniture production ensuring a stable efficient and safe production process while focusing on employee development
Oversee the entire production process from material usage and production planning to finished goods and inventory control
Set ambitious production targets and monitor their achievement
Plan and control the production cost budget
Be part of the management team and contribute to strategic decision-making
Ensure high product quality as well as the implementation of new products and innovative projects
Set short- and long-term departmental goals monitor their execution and ensure alignment with the planned budget
Foster effective communication collaboration and continuous improvement across your team and other departments
Qualifications :
We expect that you:
Have 5 years of successful leadership experience (experience in the furniture manufacturing sector would be a strong advantage)
Hold a higher engineering or technical degree
Are results-oriented and able to make quick well-grounded decisions
Have strong communication organizational and planning skills
Maintain a positive attitude can motivate others and are driven by continuous improvement and innovation
Communicate fluently in English and can effectively use it in a professional environment
