Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead and deliver complex health infrastructure projects within our growing Project & Program Delivery division. This is an opportunity to work on some of the most significant health projects partnering with government and private sector clients to drive positive outcomes.

What youll do

  • Lead the delivery of major health infrastructure programs from planning through to construction.
  • Provide strategic advice on project governance risk management and schedule assurance.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Drive innovation and best practice in project and program management.
  • Play a key role in growing the division shaping its future direction and capability.

What were looking for

  • Proven experience in infrastructure project management ideally within health or large-scale public sector projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage at senior levels.
  • Expertise in program governance risk frameworks and delivery assurance.
  • Ability to lead workshops manage complex schedules and present at industry forums.
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for building high-performing teams.

Qualifications :

Bachelor Degree in Engineering Project Management Construction Management (or similar)
