Are you an organised people-focused admin superstar who thrives in a busy office environment A leading organisation in Umhlanga is looking for a proactive Office Administrator to keep the office running smoothly support the team and be the friendly face that welcomes staff and visitors every day.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in staying on top of the details loves making a workplace feel seamless and enjoys juggling a variety of tasks with ease.

Key Responsibilities

Front Office & Reception

  • Managing the switchboard taking accurate messages and assisting visitors
  • Coordinating courier pickups/deliveries
  • Keeping office supplies stocked groceries stationery IT equipment and more
  • Issuing petty cash when required
  • Managing meeting room bookings preparation and guest refreshments
  • Assisting employees with office access (keys discs remotes parking seating)
  • Ensuring the office is clean neat well-maintained and presentable
  • Overseeing office security and monitoring air-cons
  • Coordinating office functions lunches and dinners
  • Providing general support to management where needed

Administration

  • Receiving date stamping and processing incoming documents
  • Completing credit applications and sending them to clients
  • Sending out FICA documents and handling general admin requests
  • Managing travel bookings: flights accommodation transport and visa applications
  • Procuring IT equipment and coordinating setups support and maintenance
  • Managing joiner/exit forms with Group HR
  • Supervising the office cleaner/tea lady
