The Opportunity
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will drive the technical direction and architecture for a whole-stack engineering team securing delivery quality and performance. As a Manager you will lead teams and manage client accounts focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff while fostering a collaborative culture that emphasizes learning and innovation. This role allows you to shape the technical landscape and guide your team toward excellence in delivery.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- 8 years of professional software engineering experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering preferred
- Proven experience in technical leadership roles
- Skilled in JavaScript/TypeScript React
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Demonstrated ability in mentoring engineers
- Experience with MongoDB or NoSQL databases
- Proven skills in designing scalable distributed systems
- Excelling in problem-solving and debugging
- Experience collaborating in agile cross-functional teams
