Responsibilities include sourcing of profiles as per requirement through multiple channels (internal/external)
coordinating and scheduling the interviews as required.
Co-ordinate with HODs for vacancy positions in the region
Follow up for entire region’s offered candidate list confirmation of offer acceptance coordination with candidate for
pre onboarding procedures assisting the candidate for onboarding.
Drive and lead the organizational people strategy
and initiatives in partnership with local senior leaders while maintaining strategic alignment between the business
and HR Drive organizational HR strategies and solutions which deliver business results and align to HR programs
Act in a consultative role to enable and support business objectives organizational effectiveness and accountability in order
to influence business outcomes Partner with the local senior business leaders on the development of long term goals
