Job Summary
Job Title: Sales Manager – Micro Mortgage
Location: Bhiwadi
CTC: Up to 8 LPA
Product: Micro Mortgage (Small Ticket Home Loan / LAP)
Role Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth in the Micro Mortgage segment by acquiring new customers building local market presence and managing a small sales team. The role focuses on sourcing portfolio quality and sustainable growth in emerging and semiurban markets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sourcing and acquisition of Micro Mortgage business through direct and referral channels
Build strong relationships with local builders brokers DSAs and market influencers
Lead guide and monitor Relationship Managers / field sales staff
Achieve disbursement revenue and portfolio growth targets
Ensure portfolio quality and adherence to credit and compliance norms
Conduct joint customer visits and support highvalue case closures
Track local market trends and competitor activity
Ensure timely documentation disbursement and postdisbursement followups
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred)
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Micro Mortgage / Affordable Housing / LAP / HL sales
Prior team handling experience preferred
Strong local market connect in Bhiwadi and nearby regions
