Key Responsibilities

• Review documentation and coding for accuracy quality and compliance with regulations.
• Provide training mentorship and performance feedback to team members.
• Monitor key metrics and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
• Collaborate with radiologists billing and leadership to maintain quality and operational excellence.
Qualifications
• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in health information management Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Certification: CPC CRC or preferred equivalent.
• Experience: 3–5 years in radiology coding QA or operations with leadership experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership organization and communication; expertise in CPT ICD10-CM HCPCS; proficiency with EMR/EHR systems (Epic Cerner Athena).
