Role Overview

We are seeking an Agentic AI Lead to architect build and scale AI agent systems using LLMs on AWS and Azure. This role will lead the technical strategy and delivery of agentic AI solutions that enable intelligent automation decision-making and enterprise productivity. Candidate should be hands-on and willing to take up an individual contributor role.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement agentic AI and multi-agent systems using LLM frameworks (e.g. LangChain AutoGen Semantic Kernel).
Architect scalable GenAI solutions on AWS (Bedrock SageMaker) and Azure (Azure OpenAI Azure ML).
Build RAG pipelines tool-enabled agents memory planning and orchestration workflows.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems APIs and data platforms.
Establish best practices for LLMOps security governance and evaluation.
Lead and mentor AI engineers; collaborate with product and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI systems.
Expertise in AWS and Azure cloud architecture.
Proficiency in Python; experience deploying production AI systems.
Experience with vector databases embeddings and RAG.
Solid understanding of distributed systems and APIs.

Experience with autonomous agents workflow automation or RPA.
Knowledge of responsible AI security and compliance.
AWS/Azure certifications or GenAI-related credentials.
