As we continue to expand we’re seeking a skilled and results-oriented Lead Generator to join our business growth team and help us identify engage and convert high-quality leads.
Role Overview:
As a Lead Generator you will play a critical role at the top of our sales funnel — identifying qualifying and nurturing potential leads for our design and development services. You will be responsible for driving consistent lead flow through targeted outreach across multiple platforms ensuring monthly targets are met.
This position is ideal for someone with a proven track record in lead generation and a passion for the digital and tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients through email marketing LinkedIn Upwork Clutch and other B2B marketplaces.
- Generate qualify and nurture leads through outbound campaigns — including cold emails personalized messaging and platform bidding.
- Maintain and update CRM records to track outreach activities and lead progress.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging targeting and conversion strategies.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
- Schedule discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to the business development team for closure.
- Provide insights on outreach performance and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of proven experience in lead generation preferably in a digital agency SaaS or IT services environment.
- Demonstrated success in email marketing campaigns marketplace bidding (Upwork Clutch etc.) and cold outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong research analytical and data management abilities.
- Proficient with tools like Google Sheets CRM systems LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing tools.
- Highly target-driven self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C lead generation strategies and the sales funnel process.
