Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret legislative and regulatory changes to ensure timely software compliance.

• Maintain compliance calendars and disseminate updates across the business.

• Assist with product requirements workflow design and compliance sign-off for releases.

• Investigate and resolve complex Level 2/3 support escalations and act as SME for clients.

• Conduct legal and compliance research across tax superannuation and corporate areas.

• Deliver compliance training sessions webinars and maintain user guides and knowledge base.

• Manage SuperStream processes troubleshoot escalations and ensure regulatory adherence.

• Perform QA and analysis on tax statement automation and liaise with fund managers.

• Participate in ad-hoc projects involving data analysis testing and automation using SQL/APIs.

• Engage in industry research and contribute to benchmark reports and regulatory submissions.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting Business Commerce Finance Information Systems or Law.

• Minimum 3 years experience in CA/CPA firm fund administration or similar roles.

• Strong organisational skills attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment under pressure. Experience in legal/tax/compliance research (highly regarded).

• Knowledge of Australian Tax Trust Super and Corporate legislation (training provided).

• Proficiency in SQL and API tools (e.g. Postman) for data analysis and workflow automation.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Atlassian tools (Jira Confluence). Professional certifications such as CPA CA SSA or Tax Agent accreditation (advantageous).
