Your New Role and Responsibilities

As a Customs & Global Trade Analyst you will:

• Provide customs guidance ensuring correct use of INCOTERMS and Harmonized Tariff Codes.

• Manage Australian regulatory export/import permits and support U.S. export authorizations.

• Review and process trade activities for compliance with ITAR EAR and DTCA regulations.

• Conduct compliance screening and maintain accurate documentation for audits.

• Support implementation of Global Trade policies and deliver compliance training.

What Youll Bring to Make an Impact

• 24 years of trade compliance experience.

• Practical knowledge of customs processes INCOTERMS HTC and import/export documentation.

• Understanding of Australian and U.S. Defence Export Control regulations (ITAR EAR DTCA).

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

This role requires the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and be willing to obtain and hold a Baseline or greater security clearance.
