About the Role
As aCommis I - Bakery (廚師)you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely courteous and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the food orders with high quality and consistency.
- Ensure the hygiene standards are achieved according to the HACCP & ISO22000 requirements.
- 預備食材及烹調食物
- 根據酒店的食物安全標準維持餐廳的衛生水平
About You
- At least 2-3 years of experience inHotels with similar capacity.
- Basic Knowledge of HACCP & ISO22000.
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- 二至三年相關經驗
- 基本食物安全及衞生知識
- 良好的團隊合作精神與溝通技巧
