Position:	Executive Assistant I

Cluster / Hospital / Department:	Hong Kong West Cluster / Queen Mary Hospital / Administrative Services Department - Biomedical Equipment Maintenance Section
Salary:	HK$24191 HK$28623 per month Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:
1.	Provide cluster technical help desk to support hospital frontline users on biomedical equipment maintenance.
2.	Provide executive and clerical support to cluster biomedical engineer in documentation and reporting.
3.	Provide support on screening clusters data entry and quality assurance of biomedical equipment maintenance data to equipment database in HA.
4.	Compile data and statistics reports for biomedical equipment.
5.	Assist in preparing documents and progress report for biomedical equipment.
6.	Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Entry Requirements:
1.	University Graduates withworking experience; OR
2.	Has obtained a diploma in a specialized function with relevant working experience and completed F.5/ S.5 with:
	(a) 5 subjects passed in HKCEE including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language or equivalent; OR
	(b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
		(i) Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language and
		(ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ Attained in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category)/ Grade E in Other Language subjects or equivalent.
Preferable Attributes / Exposure:

1. Degree with major in Engineering (Biomedical Health Technology Medical Electronics or Telecommunications) or equivalent

Diploma in Engineering (Health Technology Medical Electronics or Telecommunications) or equivalent AND
relevant working experience

2. At least one years working experience in biomedical engineering electronicsengineering instrumentation or radiological equipment.

3. Able to work independently and under pressure.

4. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills self-motivated pleasant and mature.
