The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will analyze business operations and processes to identify enhancement opportunities. As an Associate you will support senior analysts in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions while developing essential skills in stakeholder management and problem-solving. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects access ongoing training and enjoy a collaborative environment that values innovation.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Information Systems Finance
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred
- PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) preferred
- Agile Analysis Certification (AAC) preferred
- Demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excelling in verbal and written communication
- Gathering and documenting requirements effectively
- Utilizing data visualization tools like Tableau Power BI
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
