Business Development Representative

Are you a highly driven results-oriented sales professional ready to climb to new heights My Mountain Mover is looking for an energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our mission and connect top-tier clients with our elite Virtual Assistants!

This isnt just a sales role; its a chance to be the frontline ambassador of our brand leveraging your Grit and Initiative to build meaningful relationships and drive significant growth. If you thrive on exceeding targets and have a proven ability to build a robust pipeline we want you to join our team!

Your Mission: Responsibilities & Duties

Your core mission is to be the engine of our sales pipeline focusing on quality lead generation and relationship building.

Sales Development & Pipeline Management:

Proactively prospect and qualify new sales leads identifying high-potential businesses for partnership.
Schedule meetings and presentations with qualified prospects effectively communicating the value of our staffing solutions.
Develop a well-developed and nurtured pipeline of prospects guiding them through the initial sales journey.
Maintain strong ongoing relationships with leads becoming their trusted point of contact.
Meet and/or exceed set monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Collaboration & Data Integrity:

Track all activities meticulously in Salesforce (SF) maintaining current account information and tasks daily.
Communicate prospect pain points and challenges clearly to the Placements and Internal Managers (IMs) teams to ensure optimal sales strategy.
Coordinate seamlessly with other team members and departments to optimize the overall sales effort.
Maintain correct data entry and accuracy into the Sales Report.
Demonstrate openness and willingness to be trained and coached to elevate your skills continually.

Requirements

What Were Looking For:

We are seeking a highly self-motivated individual who possesses excellent communication skills and a strong background in sales particularly within service or staffing industries.

Top 5 Non-Negotiables:

2 years of sales experience (staffing solutions healthcare or general business).
Proven track record of successfully handling customer relationships and achieving targets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (local US accent is a plus).
Excellent interpersonal skillsthe ability to connect and persuade.
Highly self-motivatedyou manage your time and drive your success.

Required Skills & Experience:

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Working knowledge of Salesforce and RingCentral is highly desired.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Drive Gmail and Time Clock Wizard.
Experience selling staffing solutions to businesses with a preference for experience in the Healthcare sector.
