The Business Analyst (BA) will play a critical role in identifying business needs analyzing processes and translating requirements into actionable solutions that support WebBeds transformation initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams to gather document and validate requirements ensuring that proposed solutions align with business objectives.
The BA will combine analytical insight with strong communication skills to optimize operational processes enable innovation and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
In this role you will:
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to elicit document and prioritize business and functional requirements. Translate business needs into clear user stories use cases and process flows.
- Business Process Improvement: Assess current processes identify gaps and propose enhancements to improve efficiency reduce risk to our PI and CI teams to optimize resource utilization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring shared understanding of project objectives scope and deliverables.
- Solution Evaluation & Validation: Partner with solution architects and developers to evaluate options validate deliverables against requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Documentation & Reporting: Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) Functional Specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Provide regular progress reports and analysis to stakeholders.
- Change Management Support: Contribute to training communication and adoption strategies to ensure smooth implementation of new processes or systems.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Work with Business Intelligence teams to gather and analyze data providing recommendations and insights to guide decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement & Best Practices: Stay informed of industry trends tools and methodologies. Promote best practices in requirements gathering process modeling and stakeholder engagement

- Requirements Accuracy: High-quality documentation with minimal rework and clear alignment to business needs
- Process Efficiency: Measurable improvements in workflows and operational performance
- Timely Delivery: Completion of analysis and documentation within project timelines
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback from stakeholders on communication clarity and collaboration
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong relationships established across business and technical teams
- Continuous Improvement: Contributions to process optimization and knowledge sharing
- Adoption & Impact: Successful uptake of solutions with demonstrable business benefits
- Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks methodologies (Agile Waterfall) and tools
- Proficiency in process modeling requirements gathering and documentation techniques
- Knowledge of business process improvement principles and change management practices
- Familiarity with project management processes and software development lifecycles (SDLC)
- Experience working with data analysis reporting tools or Business Intelligence teams.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail - Strong communication skills (verbal and written) able to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
- Customer-focused mindset with commitment to delivering value-added solutions.
- Exposure to automation technologies data-driven decision-making or workflow optimization.
- Awareness of emerging trends in business analysis and digital transformation
- Understanding of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
- Experience in the travel industry or a B2B organization.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and data visualization concepts. Prior customer service or client engagement experience
