Job Summary
Head-Business Development & Marketing with a leading real estate developer in bangalore
Job Responsibilities
1. Developing Business Plan for the company and provide with Market update on Prices Land
value recent Transactions and Estimated marketable value etc.
2. Responsible to identify new business opportunities business development proposal
development and lead client pitches.
3. Creating a Brand Building strategy.
4. Define corporate brand philosophy.
5. Drive branding / advertising initiatives of the Organization across all regions after in-depth
analysis of the geographic demographic and psychographic aspects of each target market.
6. Formulate and implement Organization wide policies on key account management project
marketing advertising and promotions;
