Job Description: Senior Salesforce Developer (Marketing Cloud & Service Cloud)


Position Overview:


We are looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with 78 years of experience in Service Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) with proven expertise in integrations. The ideal candidate will design develop and implement scalable solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline service operations.


Key Responsibilities:


Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Design develop and optimize campaigns using Email Studio Journey Builder Automation Studio and Mobile Studio.
  • Implement personalization strategies with AMPscript dynamic content and SQL-based data extensions.
  • Integrate Marketing Cloud with external systems such as CRMs Middleware systems ERP platforms and data warehouses to enable unified customer journeys.
  • Build and manage API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) for real-time data exchange between Marketing Cloud and external applications.
  • Ensure data synchronization between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud for a 360 customer view.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate service requirements into scalable technical solutions.


Salesforce Service Cloud

  • Configure and customize case management service console omni-channel routing and knowledge base.
  • Develop automation solutions using Flows Process Builder and Apex to streamline service operations.
  • Integrate Service Cloud with external systems (e.g. telephony chatbots ERP and third-party support tools) to enhance customer service capabilities.
  • Implement service analytics and reporting to monitor KPIs and improve support efficiency.
  • Manage Profiles Permission Sets and Role Hierarchies to ensure proper access control and compliance.
  • Apply expertise in Sharing Rules Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD) and Field-Level Security to enforce secure and scalable data visibility.
  • Design and implement security models that balance usability with data protection requirements.
  • Provide hands-on support for User Management Login Access Policies and Delegated Administration.
  • Oversee Change Management and Deployment processes using tools such as Change Sets Salesforce DX (SFDX) or CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth releases and governance.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 78 years of Salesforce development experience with strong expertise in Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience developing with Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura Components and Visualforce pages.
  • Experience working with custom REST/SOAP API integrations to connect Service Cloud with external systems.
  • Hands-on experience with AMPscript SQL and scripting languages for Marketing Cloud customizations.
  • Proven experience in system integrations using APIs Middleware or ETL platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model security and automation tools.
  • Ability to develop scalable solutions for high-volume marketing campaigns and customer service operations.
  • Knowledge of change management and deployment processes including the use of Change Sets Salesforce DX (SFDX) source control systems such as GitHub or Bitbucket and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.
