Job Summary
We are seeking a highly strong experienced and strategic Director of Marketing will lead the overall marketing strategy and execution for a technology company offering software products and IT services. The role is responsible for brand positioning demand generation and marketing operations to support aggressive revenue growth in domestic and global B2B markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the integrated marketing strategy for software and services covering brand product marketing demand generation and customer lifecycle programs.
- Lead and mentor a crossfunctional marketing team (digital content product marketing events design) setting goals KPIs and performance standards.
- Drive pipeline and revenue growth through multichannel campaigns across digital events ABM partners and field marketing in close alignment with Sales.
- Own brand positioning messaging and value propositions for software and service offerings; ensure consistency across all channels and assets.
- Oversee product and solution marketing including market research competitive analysis persona definition and gotomarket plans for new launches.
- Manage the marketing tech stack (CRM marketing automation analytics) and ensure campaigns are datadriven with clear attribution and ROI measurement.
- Plan and manage the annual marketing budget track spend vs. performance and provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Masters degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field; MBA or advanced marketing qualification preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing demand generation tools like HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot and Salesforce CRM
- Strong in B2B marketing experience with significant exposure to IT/BPO/software/SaaS/cloud data/analytics or technology services including several years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact in enterprise or midmarket segments.
- Managed services in global markets or multiple regions campaigns with global brand consistency for across India USA and Philippines markets.
- Demonstrated leadership teambuilding and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives and crossfunctional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in marketing analytics attribution models and KPI optimization
- Exceptional communication to simplify complex tech into business value.
