Requirements:
- A bachelors Degree is highly advantageous
- 1 years experience in recruitment or a background in sales or consulting
Responsibilities:
- Manage 360 recruitment processes: client briefings sourcing interviews placements
- Engage with mission-driven clients to understand workforce needs and build talent strategies
- Identify and attract top-tier candidates through strategic sourcing and engagement
- Provide consultative hiring advice including salary benchmarks market insights and long-term planning
- Build deep trust-based relationships with candidates and clients
- Collaborate internally to improve processes share insights and build sector knowledge
- Use tools (ATS/CRM LinkedIn Recruiter etc.) effectively to manage pipelines and workflows
