The Functional Analyst role is to ensure that the ERP system is maintained and operates
according to business requirements. They are primarily responsible for determining the
system needs of business and translating this into a functional specification. They are also
responsible for troubleshooting issues brainstorming new ways to enhance current
functionality testing documenting processes and guides and training.
This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced Functional Analyst who is seeking a new
challenge and wishes to join a dynamic SAP Forecasting and Replenishment team.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret business requirements for F&R processes into functional specifications
and/or interface functional specifications.
Manage the configuration maintenance and support of SAP F&R components.
Lead assigned F&R process work from design to implementation.
Responsible for administration duties to manage assigned work.
Resolve issues utilizing existing support resources.
Writing user guides for F&R processes.
Prepare test scripts and perform the testing according to the business scenario/process.
Training business users.
Provide support to the junior members of the team as well as users of the SAP System.
Requirements
Qualifications:
IT related degree or diploma (Beneficial)
SAP certified (Beneficial)
Experience:
7 years of hands-on experience in SAP F&R configuration and implementation (Required)
5 years in-depth working knowledge in Retail Supply Chain processes (Preferred)
5 years in SAP MM and/or SD modules (Required)
5 years in configuration maintenance and support of SAP system (Required)
5 years in integration process with SAP and external systems (Required)
Working knowledge of IDOCs BRF and how to debug
Exceptional problem-solving analytical and communication skills
Ability to provide guidance and lead a team of Business Analysts Developers and Test Analysts
with strong attention to detail
