We are dedicated to delivering innovative high-quality modular solutions to our clients across various industries.As we continue strengthening the digital foundation that enables our longterm growth and operational excellence we are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst (Business Process Management) to support the design documentation and improvement of our core business this role you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to map AsIs and ToBe workflows ensure crossfunctional alignment and translate these into structured versioncontrolled process streams that drive efficiency standardisation and organisational automation across ProProcess.Responsibilities will include:- Process Documentation: Document business processes workflows and procedures using BusinessOptix.
- Data Collection: Support the collection and analysis of data related to business processes including gathering input from stakeholders and attending workshops.
- Analysis Support: Assist in analysing existing processes to identify areas for improvement inefficiencies or bottlenecks and assist in developing recommendations for optimization.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of process maps requirements and other project-related materials ensuring version control and accessibility for stakeholders.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members stakeholders and other relevant parties to provide updates on progress gather feedback and address any issues or concerns
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the business process team.
Qualifications & Experience:Grade 12 Matriculation (Requirement)Completed or In-progress BCom General or Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems Computer Science or related field (Requirement)Business Analysis certification (Advantageous)Agile certification (Advantageous)3-5 years experience in business process modeling/workflowsExcellent written and verbal communicationsDetail-oriented and methodical approach to workAdaptability to changing priorities and project requirementsExceptional time-management and problem-solving skills Required Experience:
