Job Summary
It has come to my attentionthrough careful observation rigorous deduction and a not inconsiderable amount of logicthat our client is in need of a most specific mind: a Business Process Analyst of proven experience and uncommon clarity of thought.
This is not a role for the inattentive. They seek an individual who perceives patterns where others see noise who extracts requirements from ambiguity and who can chart a roadmap through complexity with precision.

A Bachelors degree in Human Resourcesthe HR variable must be well understood
A Business Analyst Certificate confirming formal mastery of the discipline
No fewer than three (4) years of Business Analyst experience demonstrably including:
User requirements gathering
Business and process analysis
Road mapping and analytical planning
A mind sharpened for analysis documentation and reasoned conclusion
Communication skills befitting one who must explain the complex to the uninitiated
Additional Evidence (Preferred Attributes)
Experience with HR systems or HR process transformation
Familiarity with process modeling tools and analytical frameworks
Exposure to Agile Waterfall or hybrid methodologieseach has its place if properly applied
