Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across diagnostics equipment reagents consumables and service offerings.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales activities ensuring strong conversion rates and customer retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals labs clinics and distributors through virtual/remote engagement.
- Oversee qualification of leads follow-ups and pipeline development to ensure continuous business flow.
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries quotes and technical product requests.
- Monitor team performance set KPIs and ensure adherence to sales processes and service standards.
- Supervise order processing quotation management and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports pipeline forecasts and market intelligence updates.
- Ensure the team maintains up-to-date knowledge of diagnostics products competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to support promotions campaigns webinars and customer education initiatives.
- Provide insights from customer interactions to inform product positioning and sales strategy.
- Optimize inside sales processes to improve efficiency customer experience and conversion rates.
- Work closely with Field Sales Supply Chain Finance and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless order-to-delivery execution.
- Ensure CRM utilization data accuracy and continuous improvement of sales tools and workflows.
- Recruit train and mentor inside sales executives to build a high-performing team.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions performance reviews and skill development programs.
- Foster a culture of accountability customer focus and continuous improvement.
- HND or BSc/ in Biological Sciences Medical Laboratory Science Biochemistry Microbiology or related fields.
- A minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit is required. MBA or professional certifications in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
- 57 years experience in sales with at least 23 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in diagnostics medical devices laboratory consumables or healthcare solutions is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing remote/inside sales operations and CRM tools.
