Job Summary

Our client a trusted sports betting casino and virtual games platform for Nigerias coolest players is looking to hire a Technical SEO & Search Everywhere Optimization Manager.

This Role will own the Organizations organic discoverability across search engines and AI-powered platforms ensuring the brand is easily found correctly represented and optimized for traditional search AI answers and emerging discovery channels. The role focuses on technical SEO site performance and AI search readiness to drive high-intent traffic registrations and conversions.

Job Responsibilities

Own and execute technical SEO strategy across the Organizations website and landing pages.

Ensure optimal crawlability indexation site architecture and structured data.

Optimize page speed Core Web Vitals and mobile performance.

Conduct regular technical SEO audits and implement fixes with Engineering.

Manage on-page SEO (metadata internal linking URLs schema markup).

Optimize content and pages for AI-powered search and answer engines (e.g. AI

assistants search summaries recommendation systems).

Ensure the Organizations content is accurately surfaced in AI search results and citations.

Support content product and marketing teams with SEO and AI-discovery best

practices.

Monitor organic traffic AI-driven visibility and search performance.

Identify and mitigate SEO and AI-search risks (duplication misrepresentation outdated

data).

Manage and use SEO and analytics tools (Search Console GA Ahrefs/SEMrush

Screaming Frog etc.).

Deliver monthly SEO and Search Everywhere performance reports.

Job Requirements

3 years experience in Technical SEO for high-traffic or dynamic websites.

Strong understanding of HTML CSS JavaScript SEO fundamentals.

Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

Experience optimizing sites for structured data and machine-readable content.

Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering Product and Content teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Qualifications

Experience in sports betting gaming or fin-tech.

Knowledge of AI search behavior and answer engines.

Experience with geo/state-level SEO optimization.

Familiarity with content optimization for AI models and recommendation systems.
