Job Title: Client Service Manager (Fully On-site)

Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts ensuring consistent high-quality service delivery.
2. Build manage and strengthen long-term relationships with client stakeholders and key decision-makers.
3. Translate client briefs into clear actionable strategies and ensure alignment across internal teams.
4. Oversee campaign execution timelines and deliverables to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
5. Collaborate with strategy creative and media teams to develop proposals presentations and campaign plans.
6. Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with insights reports and strategic recommendations.
7. Proactively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling cross-selling and value-added solutions.
8. Support business development efforts by identifying potential new clients through networking referrals and market engagement.
9. Manage client feedback concerns and escalations professionally to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Mass Communication Public Relations or a related field.
- Experience: 4–6 years of experience in a client-facing role within an advertising media or marketing agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication presentation negotiation and relationship management skills.
