Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and goal-driven Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers explaining our products/services and converting leads into successful sales. Candidates with strong communication skills persuasive abilities and a passion for achieving targets are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales

Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or solutions

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently

Maintain accurate records of calls leads and conversions

Follow up with interested prospects and ensure closure of sales

Collaborate with the team and contribute to overall sales performance

Maintain a positive and professional attitude during interactions with customers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

Self-motivated target-oriented and performance-driven

Basic computer knowledge

Experience in outbound sales / telesales will be an added advantage

Education & Experience:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
