Zonal Sales Manager - Maharashtra & Goa (15-20 Yrs Exp)
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Zonal Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across the Maharashtra and Goa region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in domestic sales strategic planning and channel management within the industry sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve zonal revenue targets.
- Manage and optimize existing sales channels while identifying and developing new ones.
- Lead motivate and develop a high-performing sales team within the assigned zone.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends competitive landscape and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance analyze data and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure effective territory planning and resource allocation to maximize sales efficiency.
- Oversee the implementation of sales policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; B.E/ preferred.
- 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in domestic sales with a significant portion in a managerial capacity.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize diverse sales channels.
- Strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
