Knowledge of complete CUCM along with analysis of SDL Traces Excellent knowledge on Expressways CER and other UC products Voice Gateway: SIP H323 MGCP VG224 VG248 SBC Cisco Finesse Jabber & MRA Cisco Unified Enterprise Attendant Console 10.X QAM/WFO(Calabrio) Knowledge on Cloud Platforms (WebEx-CC Zoom etc..) UcaaS. Good understanding on ITIL tools and processes
