About the Position
Your main responsibility will be to act as the primary contact efficiently managing customer concerns and queries through various channels (phone email chat). You will utilize your language skills to offer clear solutions and information ensuring a high level of satisfaction and detailed documentation of all interactions.
Start Date: December 15 2025
Mandatory Requirements
- Location: You must currently live in Bulgaria. The role is fully remote but requires residency.
- Languages: You need fluent Spanish (C1/C2) and at least B2 English proficiency.
- Work Eligibility: You must possess valid documentation to work legally in Bulgaria such as an EU Citizenship a Refugee Card or a Bulgarian Residency Card valid for over one year.
- Experience: While prior customer service experience is helpful it is not essential. We provide comprehensive training.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time commitment Monday through Friday covering rotational shifts:
- 11:00h - 20:00h
- 13:00h - 22:00h
- 16:00h - 01:00h
