About The Role
Are you ready to support business travelers and help them manage their corporate trips with ease
In this role youll assist German-speaking corporate clients with bookings itinerary changes travel policies and expense-related questions. Youll be the reliable point of contact ensuring every journey is smooth efficient and stress-free.
Salary & Benefits
- 4000 BGN gross / month performance bonus up to 300 BGN

Responsibilities
- Assist German-speaking corporate travelers via phone email and chat
- Handle bookings itinerary changes cancellations and travel policy queries
- Support users with expense reports and platform navigation
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems (English)
- Meet quality compliance and productivity standards
- Collaborate with a multilingual and professional support team
Requirements
- German: C2
- English: B2 (internal communication & tools)
- Customer-first approach and professional communication style
- Experience in travel hospitality or customer service is an advantage
- Tech-savvy detail-oriented and solution-focused
- Open to working rotational shifts including weekends
Documentation Requirements
- EU citizenship residency card valid for at least 1 year or refugee card
